🛏 About the room:
A double room with a large window and great lighting. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, decorative wall shelf and mirror are included.

🏡 About the flat:
The flat is located in Fulham, about a 5 minute walk from Putney Bridge underground station. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and safe, and the neighbours are very friendly! The flat comes with separate kitchen and living room spaces. There is one bathroom with a good-sized shower. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with lots of cupboards, a washing machine, and a great oven and microwave. I am very happy to share cutlery and glasses/dishes if needed! The living room has an expandable dining table, a couch and a projector making for great hang-out sessions and movie nights.
Arguably the best part of the flat is the cute balcony with a gorgeous view that is accessible through the living room.

🤍 I have spent the past year decorating this flat and really making it a home, so I would love to share it with someone who will add their own touch and vibrancy and cherish it like I do.

I moved to England 5 years ago from Albania for uni. I have now been living in London for 2 years, one of which I spent in this flat with my friend who is moving overseas soon! I am a communications officer at a sixth-form college, and in my free time, I love to paint, try new food and go to gigs.

I am looking for a young professional (preferably early 20s) or student who is tidy, clean and likes to have a good time.
I would love to find a friend as well as a flatmate!
A few things to keep in mind: I am queer, so it’s important that whoever lives with me is comfortable with that. I like to have friends over quite a bit for game nights or hangouts, and I would love for you to get involved but also would always be respectful of your peace and quiet if needed!
