Kitchen features large fridge freezer, recently fitted new dishwasher and a relatively new oven and hobs.
Private Garden at the rear via small staircase. Small raised bed at rear, recently painted exterior walls and garden table and chairs.

Bills are excluded and range throughout the year but average around £100-120 pcm.
