Looking for someone to fill my room in Fulham from the first week of Nov as two of my flatmates are moving out and I’ll be moving into the room on the top floor.
Rent is £911 per month which includes council tax (+ around £50 extra for other bills). Deposit is £1000.
It’s a 4 bed house in Fulham, 10 mins to West Brompton and 15 mins to Parsons Green, Fulham Broadway & Earls Court. You’ll be sharing the home with two 24 year old professionals (me and another guy) but we will be looking for a 4th flatmate too. I am a nanny in Parsons Green and Ikenna goes into the office 3 days a week.
Looking for someone sociable who wants to be friends as well as housemates. Love a movie night, catching up over a cup of tea or glass of wine and going the pub. I enjoy running and just getting into cycling & climbing. Ikenna loves his sports and as a house we love a good reality tv show.
The room is on the ground floor and is a nice size with a built in wardrobe and comes furnished with a bed, bedside tables & chest of drawers. Shared bathroom, but no one else really uses it as there’s one upstairs that the other rooms share.
