You will be living with Amaury (35, Personal Trainer from France), Tom (29, Marketing, also from France but no relation!) and Daniel (Tech, from Germany). All friendly, sociable, we do like to spend time together but equally enjoy our own time independently.
Water, gas, electric, TV licence, internet and Council Tax not included but come to approx. £120 per month on average.
Nearest tubes are Barons Court, Fulham Broadway and Hammersmith on District and Piccadilly lines, all within 12 - 15 mins walk. Many buses are seconds’ walk away, plus many supermarkets close by.
Looking to move out by the end of October, so I can be flexible on timings. Our preference for ages 25-35.
