- a super location, maximum 5 minutes to Fulham Broadway station (district line) and just a stone's throw away from Chelsea and Kings Road. We also have busses right outside the building that go into central London. We are also a 10 min walk to the river!
- a secure building with a lovely front and back garden on Fulham Road
- super quiet flat with double glazed windows so can hardly hear anything going on outside
- Living/dining room is huge and spacious! It's fully furnished but just adding some more to the place to make it look and feel like home
- little balcony overlooking the front of the building
- separate kitchen including all amenities including cutlery, pots and pans, dishwasher etc
- loveliest neighbours!
- shared bathroom with a shower

About the room:
- double bedroom which comes with a bedside table, wardrobe, and chest of drawers
- has a shared balcony
- current room has other furniture (shelves, shoe rack and long shelves) from previous flatmate which is willing to sell or remove
- back room so a lot quieter

About me!
I'm a 30 year-old psychotherapist working with the NHS and wfh 2x/week. Love going out and socialising but equally enjoy having a nice meal at home and catching up on films and tv! Always up for a trip to the pub or a long walk or run!
Looking for a person in their mid-late 20s/early 30s who wishes to find somewhere to make a home! Independent but who wouldn't mind hanging out and cooking together too!
