Room in shared house near West Brompton

Bedroom:
The room contains a double bed and had ample storage space (see images). It has also been recently redecorated; new flooring and painted.

Location:
Located between Fulham Broadway and West Brompton station (less than a 10 minute walk to each) and can walk to Earls Court station in less than 15 minutes. Near to a Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Lidl. Plenty of local pubs. The street is quiet and there is the option to get a parking permit. Near a PureGym (we also have some equipment in the garden).

Housemates:
Two housemates, Max (23, masters student) and Norbert (25, professional). We are both active individuals who enjoy going to the gym and other fitness activities. We also like meeting new people and trying out new things. We are looking for someone who also enjoys keeping fit and is happy to get involved. You must be clean and tidy. No smokers or vaping.

Bills are roughly £150 a month (this fluctuates with energy prices and usage).
