Hi I’m transferring my tenancy as I’ll move to live with my boyfriend.

Move in available 10th Oct(next Monday) I’d prefer someone that can move in exactly the same date or very soon after that. If you’d like to do this Sunday, that’s fine, but please let me know.

No living room. Cleanliness in the common area needs to be maintained each week in turn by the tenants. 3 other female roommates who are very nice. You’ll be sharing the restroom with only one person.

The new tenant must pass the reference check of the landlord.
