I am due to move out as I have now purchased my first home, making a double bedroom with an ensuite shower available in Fulham from 2nd of December onwards! Looking for a tidy and fun young professional aged 23-30 to replace me.

You will be living with Ben, a 25 year old young professional, working in consulting. He enjoys sports like football, tennis and surfing. He likes to live in a friendly/laid back environment and enjoys going out for a drink or two at the pub! Ben is originally french and speaks both English and French fluently.

The flat is both very spacious and furnished, with 2x double bedrooms located in Fulham on Wandsworth Bridge road - 10-15mins walk from Fulham Broadway station (or 5mins bus) and very similar distance to Parsons Green or Wandsworth Town Station across the bridge - great area to live in as has many restaurants, pubs, parks, shops, sports clubs / anything you might want to do within short walks away! Local Sainsbury's just across the road, otherwise bigger supermarkets are approx 10mins walk away.
And of course, right near the famous Ship, White horse and Duke on the Green pubs... if that takes your fancy!

The house is split between 2 flats, and this flat is the top floor. Both the living room area and the kitchen are very spacious making for a comfortable living between 2. Just added more shelves in the living room area too for further storage or decorations!
Your room has a shower ensuite with an in-built cupboard/wardrobe and further storage under the bed. The shared bathroom includes bath/shower/toilet also. Flat also has a very small juliette balcony.

Rent is £1038 per person per month - excludes bills which in total fall around £150-£200 per person per month.

Deposit was originally 5 weeks worth of rent and is required to be paid to the leaving flatmate (the deposit "pot" stays intact with the agency so you will get it back end of stay)
