This is a double room in a fully renovated garden flat, with a private shower and toilet. You can step out from the room into a private opern-air space. A new kitchen ( fully equiped ) and living room shared with owner. You can also enjoy the garden through large glass doors.

Most bills are included; WiFi, TV licence ( not TV), water rate, council Tax, but to pay 50% for gas and electricity bills.

I am looking for a full time student but others are welcome to enquire. If you have a plan to invite guests regurarly, please do not apply. I resides in two contries, so I am seeking someone reliable.
