I’m sadly moving out of this amazing flat on 23rd Nov so I can hand over the keys same day!
🚊 5 min walk to Fulham Broadway and a 10 min walk to Imperial Wharf if you need overground.
🏬 Theres a Tesco opposite that is open 24/7 that’s so handy!
🚌 Bus stop right out side that goes to Victoria the area is extremely well connected.
I am moving to Notting Hill and looking to replace this room with someone who is looking to move quickly (be able to clear reference checks asap) as my new place starts on 23rd Nov. Bills are usually around 70-90 a month depending on if we put the heating on! council tax is cheap in our area (split between 4 it’s 30£ each. My room has always been really warm so we rarely do this. There is a shared living room and a huge roof terrace that has been amazing in the summer I’ve never seen one this big so well located! We love plants so there’s lot of those in the shared living room. Kitchen is fully stocked (large fridge/freezer) airfryer toaster and kettle. The room has draws under the bed for storage and a nicely sized wardrobe you could fit a desk if you removed one of the side tables but I’m fully in the office so haven’t needed to. Flat is fully furnished (the mirror/rug do not come with the room) You would need sharing the bathroom (shower/bath) with two other girls (the larger bedroom has an ensuite)
Current roommate’s are one of my best friends from Exeter (Sophie) and the other two girls we met via Facebook who are so lovely. Everyone has a boyfriend and spends mixed amount of time at home / at their partners.
