Spacious double room available to rent in a 4-bed/3-bath central Fulham house. Available 9th December.

I have had a lovely time in this house but looking to move out of my room and get a new place with my partner. I share the house with three other 27 year old, male professionals. We all like to spend time together cooking, weekly tennis sessions (not at a very high standard!) and watching films or sport. There are two cars at the house so weekly shopping trips to a big supermarket are usually part of the routine.

Just a 10-minute walk from Parsons Green, Fulham Broadway and Barons Court stations, with access to the District or Picadilly line. Or a 10 minute bus away from Hammersmith for access to Piccadilly, Circle and Hammersmith & City line.

The house is in amazing condition with a lot of living space, a modern kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, large SMEG fridge, separate freezer, and air fryer), large living room with great seating and doors opening onto a patio at the back of the house (with barbecue). There are 3 bathrooms in the house, 2 full bathrooms and 1 lavatory. There is a separate washing machine and dryer located in a utility cupboard in the main bathroom. I currently share the main bathroom on the middle floor with 1 flatmate.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with lots of great bakeries and restaurants. The short walk to both Bishops Park and Parsons Green provides great open, leafy areas. There is both a Tesco and Co-op at the end of the road so very handy for shopping.
