Hi everyone! We’ve got 3 rooms going in Fulham for a Dec 20th move in date.

The house is about 10-15mins walk from tube stops on the Piccadilly, district, and Hammersmith lines. The closest tube being Barons Court. We’re about a 10min walk from The Crabtree, our favourite local pub that’s right on the river. There’s lots of parks and green space around for long walks or runs, and we’re not far from Craven Cottage if you happen to be a Fulham FC fan!

The house is a modern, recently updated 4BR/2BA house with a light-filled and open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room with a small balcony. There is underfloor heating, a dishwasher, washing machine, and the kitchens and bathrooms all have modern fixtures/appliances. The house would come furnished (bed, mattress, wardrobe, couch, kitchen table).

There are 2 rooms for £985/mo and a larger room for £1,190. For each room you would only be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

One room is already filled by a really friendly girl who works full time in accounting. She works in office most days, with the occasional work from home day. She’s very easy going and happy to cook dinners, chill in the living room, or go to the local pubs with you, but also has a good group of friends in London and is out and about with them most weekends.
