Hi All!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely flat! Current housemates are myself (Jaime, 27) and Celia (24), both working professionals.

Our ideal housemate is someone who’s tidy, considerate, and sociable, but who also appreciates their own personal space and is keen to contribute to a positive homely atmosphere.

The flat is split over three levels, with a spacious open-plan living area and kitchen. The room comes furnished and has built in wardrobes, it’s cozy, quiet, and also comes with its own access to a private outdoor terrace.

The location is fantastic - Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway (District Line) both just a 10-minute walk away and a direct 10-minute bus to Clapham Junction pretty much on our doorstep. We’re also surrounded by great bars and cafes, and just a 5-minute walk from Eel Brook Common and the Thames Path.
