Gorgeous second floor double room in shared house in Fulham, within 16 minutes walk of Parsons Green Tube station (District Line), and 20 minutes to Baron’s Court Tube station (Piccadilly Line). Managed by City Rooms (letting agency).

Cafés and shops on Munster road are within a few minutes walk, including a lovely sourdough bakery and separate cupcake bakery.

Council tax and most bills included within the rent - in Summer months we pay no extra but are sometimes required to top up in Winter months when we have the heating on more often. This is usually no more than around £50.

The house itself has a large kitchen, laundry room, and basement/living space. I currently use the basement area to work, exercise, and relax. Between the 5 of us we have 5 bathrooms and 3 showers (the top floor flat has a private ensuite). The fittings are very up to date and the house itself is modern with high ceilings. Dishwasher and tumble dryer included. The room comes with a desk which I choose to keep in the basement to work there.

Other tenants are all professionals - 23, 23, 24, 27, and around 40 years old.
