The room is on the second floor, double bedroom with fitted wardrobe with mirror doors, and desk/ dressing table. You will have your own private shower room / toilet on the same floor.
Use of shared living room and large kitchen/ breakfast room + outside patio/garden.
Rent includes a bi-weekly cleaner of all spaces and WiFi. Only bills will be a share of energy used (£30-50 depending on summer/winter)
You will be joining a girl 29 and a guy 26 in the house. We are wanting a lodger, any length of stay considered up to max 6-months. Non-smoker, clean, tidy, professionals preferred.
