Cosy Double in Sociable Fulham Flat (Short Term)

One of our flatmates is moving to south London with her partner so we are looking for a new addition to our cosy, beautiful flat in Fulham!

The housemates are all female young professionals (late-20s) who enjoy hanging out together and also having their own social circles. We are looking for a fourth female housemate who is looking for a friendly place to live.

We have the top two floors of a three storey house on a lovely quiet street in Fulham. The available bedroom is a cosy double with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and plenty of storage at the end of the bed. We have a bright kitchen and roomy living room and you’d be sharing the bathroom with just 2 other people.

The closest tubes are West Brompton and Fulham Broadway (each a 6-8 minute walk) (district line and overground) and Earl’s Court (piccadilly/district and night tube) (10 minute walk). Sainsburys, Waitrose, Lidl are all within a 10 minute walk and Tesco is within a 15 minute walk. We are also getting an Aldi at Fulham Broadway very soon. There are loads of shops, bars and restaurants around, and a gym round the corner.

Our ideal housemate is someone who enjoys chilled evenings in the week but who is also up for drinks, food etc. We keep the flat clean and tidy and would like the new housemate to do so too.

The move in date for the room is 1 February 2025. Viewings will be held on Monday 6 Jan from 6pm. The deposit is £899.

**PLEASE NOTE** This is a short term let as the flat is currently on the market to be sold. Minimum term is 2 months as this is our notice period. The flat was only put on the market recently and no viewings have been held so we expect it to be another 3/4 months before we are required to vacate the flat.
