I am going travelling for a few months so am subletting my large bedroom in our 4 bedroom home n Fulham, located ~15mins walk from Parsons Green Tube and Wandsworth Town Overground. with regular buses (C3/295) to Earls Court and Clapham Junction within ~3mins.

The room is available now until late February (flexible duration). £1000/month (discounted from £1200 that I pay), including bills (cleaner extra: ~£11.25/fortnight)

About the room: Spacious and Light-Filled: Large room with two big windows facing the street, providing natural light and fresh air. Double-glazed windows and heating

Furnishings: Double bed, bedside table, large cupboard, smaller shelved cupboard, large drawer, and overhead storage.

Shared Spaces:
- Bathroom: Shared with two housemates, includes a shower and a bath.
- Living Areas: Large lounge, separate kitchen and dining space, small courtyard.
- Appliances: Washer, dryer, dishwasher.

Location Highlights:
- Nearby amenities: Large Sainsbury’s, great pubs (e. g., The White Horse, Duke on the Green), and many shops, restaurants, and bars.
- Scenic Thames walking/running routes.
- Parking: Paid street parking available.

The Housemates:
- Three professional women (27–35) who are independent but friendly.
- One housemate has a sweet small dog, Violet, who is around only when her owner is home.
- Non-smoking household, and preference for no pets.
