Double bed in Fulham, close to the river

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement starting from 19th February. The rent would be pro rata for February, £410.00, and deposit of £1326.00, both paid up front before move in date.

You will require to go thru referencing with Marsh and Parsons (our letting agent), the fee is £50.00 for the name change which I will cover myself, all you will have to provide is the relevant information to pass the referencing process.

Current housemates are 27 y/o males working in the city. All live pretty independent lives during the week but enjoy a drink or run at the weekend (thirsty Thursday also included). Looking for someone sociable, tidy, hybrid working/full time in office and comfortable with flat sharing.

Ideal location, roughly 10 mins to Imperial Wharf or Wandsworth Town stations. Tube lines roughly 20 mins walk or 5-10 minute lime bike.

Close to good pubs, bars and restaurants, with Sainsbury’s right over the road.
