Moving out of our shared house after two years to move in with my girlfriend.

The house is located near Eel brook common, between fulham broadway station and imperial wharf.

The house is located on a gated road with a communal garden.
The house also has private garden patio area and large open plan kitchen living room, utility room with washer and drier, 3 toilets two of which bathrooms, one loft office space and a garage for bikes.

The tenants are all male between 24 - 27, South African and English, all like-minded working professionals all very warm and friendly.

The lease was long, now with 18 months remaining, however, you can replace yourself at any time with an admin fee to the estate agent, and agreement of the landlord and house.
