Hi! We are a group of friends living near Bishops Park in Fulham. One of us has decided to move abroad, so we are now looking for a new roommate.
THE FLAT:
The flat has 3 lovely bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 separate toilet. The kitchen-living room is the pride of the flat. We spend most of the time at home here, so we tried to make it cosy and comfortable. We have both a washing machine and a dishwasher, as well as a big fridge and freezer!
Bills are usually around 120£/month (council tax 45£, electricity ~45£, water 20£ and internet 8£).
ROOMMATES:
You'll live with two friendly Italians (1 female and 1 male) in their late 20s working in the visual effects industry. We love to cook, chat in the evening and watch anime and movies together (when possible). We are looking for someone clean and tidy who wants to live in a home rather than just rent a room.
