Double Room in Fulham for Rent

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat in Fulham. Move in on Feb 1 (date can be negotiable) with the lease ending Aug 31 with an option to extend.

The bedroom is a nice size with a double bed, 2 closets and 2 nightstands. There is one shared bathroom, a living room, and small outdoor garden area. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Rent is 1325/month plus bills. The roommate is a 29 y/o male, who works full time and 3 days in office. He’s super chill, very friendly, and happy to hangout, respects privacy.

Great area, with lots of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores nearby all within 10 minutes or less walk. 5 minute walk to West Brompton station and about 12 minutes to Earls Court. Plenty of bus stops nearby as well.
