Cool people, easy going- a couple 25 y/o guys that love a drink (but not loudly in the house!) they’re super nice boys and really chatty. Also an older guy who’s a professor, he’s super laid back and keeps more to himself. Chilled and cool environment. I would’ve stayed here but new job asks for relocation. Account shared with the 25y/o boys, Sam & Owen, who can see the messages x
The sublease contract would have to be signed with the agency changing my name for yours, so contract until August 18 (it was a 3 years contract, hence the price). From what I know the landlord might be willing to renew for one more year.
It was also unfurnished (the bed only) but I can sell you some furniture as my new place is furnished.
