My current housemates and I are going our separate ways at the end of our current contract in May, after spending a great 2+ years together in this perfectly located house right in the heart of Fulham. The landlords are a lovely couple who are really responsive to any property demands or requests. I shall be remaining in the flat and will be joined by Dan and Despina who will be moving into the property in May as well.

This property is right on Fulham Broadway with great connections to public transport in the form of Fulham Broadway Underground Station (<5 min walk) and there is a bus stop just outside the property that has good connections to Central, South and West London. There are plenty of parks, pubs, restaurants, cafes etc. all right on the doorstep.

The four bedroom property has an open plan kitchen/living/dining space with an extended utility area containing a shared fridge and mini fridge. There are two shared bathrooms in the property, a shared toilet and shower for the two rooms on the lower floor and a shared toilet for the two rooms on the upper floor, these rooms each have their own shower.

A little about me; I'm a Senior Sustainability Consultant, I'm a fan of most sports (personal favourites are Football and Cricket), I am also big into my film and TV shows and have most recently taken up amateur Photography and Surfing in the last year. I am a relatively social person and will be out and about most weekends but I do also appreciate my alone time (as do we all).
Hi, my name is Dan and I will be moving into the property in May. I'm a 23 year old Australian professional and been living in London for a year and a half. I am clean in and around the house and love to get outside. I love football and cricket and cycle to work. Enjoy socializing with mates and am a very sociable person.
Hi I'm Despina and I will also be moving into the property in May. A bit about me: I’m 27 years old and work as a Data Analyst in the travel industry and I wfh 3 days a week. I love socialising, going out for a drink, going to the gym and reading a book. I’d say I’m an easy-going, tidy person who respects other people’s space but I also love living with people I can be friends with.
SEEKING
We are looking, preferably, for other young professionals aged between 24-30 with no preference over gender or sexual orientation, so long as you are sociable, respectful, clean and tidy (especially in the shared areas)

- There is a room next to BEDROOM 1, which is currently used as a communal spare room/storage area.
- A highlight of the property is the shared Roof Terrace which provides a view over Fulham and gets great Sun coverage in the Summer months (access is via room being advertised on upper floor which should be taken into consideration)
- There may be potential to move personal items in earlier than move in date (May 21st) to help smoothen over the moving in period (will need to be discussed)
