4 bed (2 with ensuite), 1 bath, open living

Looking for housemates to put in a combined offer on a 4 bed in Fulham. Really convenient spot in Fulham that's 7/8 mins walk from Fulham Broadway and grocery shops nearby (Lidl, Waitrose, and a range of other shops in walking distance). I currently live in the area and couldn't recommend it more.

I've viewed the place and it's in a decent state pre-clean with the current tenants still in. The landlord will be replacing the tiling in the kitchen/dining area and painting.

Double fridge and freezer and decent sized kitchen and shared living area.

Only downsides I spotted was that the utility cupboard with washing machine and dryer is in the lower ground bedroom, so something to consider. Not a difficult one to get around with WFH and being considerate about timings.

Decent sized loft storage, and small patio which is ideal if you have a pet. I'd be taking one of the rooms with my 4 year old Poodle cross that is non shedding. She's super friendly and loves a cuddle, well behaved and house trained! I work from home 3/4 days a week.
