We are delighted to offer a spacious and cosy room for single occupancy in a lovely 4-bedroom flat, just a 10-minute walk from Fulham Broadway Station.

Situated on Wandsworth Bridge Road, this flat offers excellent transport links and a vibrant neighbourhood atmosphere. Enjoy the perfect blend of central London convenience and the charm of southwest London.

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

A £250 holding fee is required to secure the room, which will be deducted from your final balance.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 to cover utility bills for the first three months of the contract.

If you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial six months, no additional payment for utilities will be required.

We offer maintenance service, cleaning, and Wi-Fi as a courtesy. These services are not included in the rent or bills!
They are provided to maintain our high standards.

All the flatmates are young professionals who are clean and respectful, so we are looking for someone who can maintain the same standards.
