13th September - Double Room in SW6

Our flatmate is sadly moving out in September to move away for his Masters. We had someone back out of the flat, so urgently looking for someone for a 12/13th Sept. move in.

I've lived in the flat since January 2024, and my housemate moved in in May 2024 after we'd been friends already for years. We're a social house, and enjoy winding down in front of the TV after work eating dinner together, or going for a few scoops down the local 🍻 The three of us have gotten on really well, so we'd be looking for someone who's a mate too, and carry on the home-feeling we've acquired over the years.

The room has a built in wardrobe, room for a desk, and get's a lot of natural sunlight. The flat is fully furnished, and has recently been redecorated, and really feels like a home. The downstairs bathroom (shared between two) has also recently been completely renovated (above's an old photo)

We're a short 5ish minute walk from Imperial Wharf, or 15 minutes to Fulham Broadway station, and the C3 bus stop is 2 mins away.

Bills for WiFi, Council Tax, and the other major players generally sit around £150 -£175 (more in the winter). There's a security deposit that's just under £1000.
