We have a luxurious ensuite double room available in a refurbished house in the Sands End area of Fulham. The nearest tube stations to the house are Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green, and Imperial Wharf - all within a 15 minute walk or so.

The area is quiet and residential, with several nice restaurants nearby, and a large Sainsbury's a few minutes walk away.

Within the house, there is a large living room and kitchen area with a full set of cooking facilities, tall fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. The living area has a large 65" TV and Chesterfield sofas. There is a patio garden for some lovely outside space. The house has a huge amount of natural light with numerous skylights.

Superfast 1GB Community Fibre broadband internet is also included. We also have a regular weekly cleaner for the house, and the cost of this is also included in the bills.

The housemates are absolutely wonderful, and are from a lovely mix of international and UK backgrounds, and work in respectable and highly skilled industries, such as finance, consulting, and technology. This house is made for young professionals.

The room is available from 6 April 2025: a large ensuite double room on the first floor facing the front of the house, and the monthly rent is £1,550 with all bills included.
