The room comes fully furnished & has plenty of storage options! It is available in a lovely & homely flat with a separate kitchen, very spacious living room & two bathrooms.
The boiler & washing machine are new, having only been replaced last year.
There is lots of natural light throughout the flat & a lovely terrace that captures the sun all day!
The flat is very well connected with plenty of buses & tube stations only a short walk away. You can reach Parsons Green, Baron’s court or Hammersmith via a 10/15 minute walk.
Nearest shops include a Tesco (on the door step), Coop, Sainsburys & Waitrose.
You can also enjoy beautiful walks along the river & enjoy a drink or two in the pubs that line it!
The current flatmates, Francesca (radiographer, Italian) & Emily (PE teacher, Kiwi) are great friends of mine & would make their next flatmate feel very welcome & at home! They are very social & love to hang out in the living room watching TV in the evenings. They are both great bakers & enjoy good coffee! They appreciate a homely & well looked after flat & take pride in their living space!
Bills are not included & average £100 -£110 a month.
