Hello! I’m sadly moving out of my room in Fulham to move in with a friend, so looking to replace myself in the tenancy!
The flat is a 2 bed/1 bath with a lovely sitting room and separate kitchen, and a gorgeous roof terrace for the summer months!
The contract runs until October 2025 with the possibility to extend, and we originally took the flat on unfurnished, but I am very happy to leave most of the key pieces of furniture if that’s something you might need!
We’re a 10 minute walk from Parsons Green tube, and also have great bus links nearby. Permits for parking on our street also available.
Ideally looking for someone who is friendly, clean and tidy. At the moment we both have our own lives but enjoy sharing a glass of wine/ watching tv in the evenings, so would be looking to replace myself with someone similar!
Bills aren’t included but are pretty reasonable, we generally pay between £100-150 each month depending on the seasons!
