Room Available in Fulham!

Hey!
I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely Fulham flat as I’m relocating. The contract runs until the end of August, and the landlord is totally open to a new tenant stepping in.

📍 Location: Just a short walk from Fulham Broadway station – super convenient for getting around.

📅 Available from: 10th May

🛏 The Room:
A cosy, fully furnished room of about 12m² with a north-east facing window that gets nice light in the morning. Everything’s set up so you can move in hassle-free. Bills are very reasonable—about £50 a month on average.

🏠 The Flat:
Fully furnished, warm, and homely. The shared spaces are clean and comfortable, and we’re all about keeping things relaxed and respectful—no chore charts, just mutual consideration.

The living room is a favourite spot for movie nights, chill chats, or just unwinding after work. We also enjoy the occasional pub night or local outing together.

👯‍♂️ Your Flatmates:

Morgan (26) – From the US, works in Business Development. Into all things sports, hangs with friends, and keeps it chill during the week.

Jordan (24) – From West England, works full-time in accounting. Big rugby fan, always up for a pint and a good chat.

Both are easy-going, sociable, and enjoy a good balance of downtime and flat hangouts. They’d love someone friendly who fits the vibe and feels at home here.
