Homely double room in Fulham!

I am leaving the flat at the end of December and so my flatmates are looking for a female to move into our homely & cosy double room, in a 3 bed flat share, in Fulham!

The room comes fully furnished & has plenty of storage options! It is available in a lovely & spacious flat with a separate kitchen, large living room & two bathrooms.
The boiler & washing machine are new, having only been replaced within the last two years.
There is lots of natural light throughout the flat & a lovely terrace that captures the sun all day!

The flat is very well connected with plenty of buses & tube stations only a short walk away. You can reach Parsons Green, Baron’s court or Hammersmith via a 10/15 minute walk.

Nearest shops include a Tesco (on the door step), Co-op, Sainsburys & Waitrose.

You can also enjoy beautiful walks along the river & enjoy a drink or two in the pubs that line it!

Current flatmates are Francesca (radiographer, Italian) & Courtney (Dramatherapist, British), we all met through spare room but have also become great friends. We are very social & love to hang out in the living room watching TV in the evenings. Finding good bakery spots, movie nights and wines & platters is also something we love doing together on the weekends when we are all free! We appreciate a homely & well looked after flat & take pride in our living space!

Bills are not included & average £100 -£120 a month.

Officially available from 23rd December, but there is some flexibility with moving in as I will be out of the flat by the 22nd and am happy to cover the rest of the months rent if moving during Xmas time is too challenging.
