Looking for a new housemate to join our 4 bedroom house!
We are a very easy going household. A mix of working from home and in the office, have our own lives outside of the house and get on well when we're home.
We're all 30/31 and the house has always been a mix of guys & girls. Ideally we are looking for someone of a similar age, down to earth and likes to be sociable as much as enjoy their own space.
The house has a big kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, big living room with dining table and sofa. A lovely garden which is great in the sunny months!
The room is a good sized double, comes furnished and comfortably fits a desk.
Well connected and close to multiple stations:
Imperial Wharf: 10 min walk
Fulham Broadway: 15-20 min walk
Wandsworth town: 15 min walk
Parsons Green: 15 min walk
Clapham Junction: 20-25 min walk
Rent is £700 and bills come to £120-165 a month, including council tax band G, cleaner, gas, elec, water and WiFi.
