Looking for a single room tenant to take over the rest of my lease for me in a shared 3-bedroom ground floor apartment. The lease ends in the start of October.

Price: £1020 per month (excluding bills)
Council Tax: ~£65 per month
Bills (water, electricity, wifi): ~£50-60 per month

The apartment is already furnished and has its own private backyard, which is perfect for summer. It has one bathroom, living room, and fully furnished kitchen.

The two housemates are females in their mid 20's and are working full time.

The apartment is located West Brompton, close to Fulham and Chelsea. The area is very safe and family friendly, close to several tube stations, parks and let’s not forget God’s blessing to the community… Lidl! (only a minute walk down the road).

Bills are not included in monthly price.
