Double bedroom in sunny Fulham flat

My housemate of 2 years is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take her room.

Move in from 1st June 2025!

The flat is a 2 bed, 1 bath with back patio. The double room comes furnished with a double bed & mattress, large cupboard and sideboard. We have a shared kitchen, one bathroom with bath, and a cozy living room. Bonus - we have a cellar with a full sized fridge and plenty of storage space!

Rent is £1,100pcm, bills come to £184/month which covers electricity, gas, water, ultrafast wifi throughout the flat, and council tax.

You'd be living with me and my dog Fetty. I'm a 28 year old Aussie web designer/developer who's been in London for 2 and a half years. I'm into design, photography, F1 and good food/eating out. My weeks are pretty quiet but I enjoy a night out too. Fetty is a 4-year-old poodle x border collie who's calm, friendly and hypoallergenic (no shedding!).

I'm looking for a housemate 25+ working full time who is responsible, clean, tidy and won't be a stranger! Huge bonus if you love dogs. No couples or students please, but open to another non-shedding dog joining our home.

The flat is a 6 minute walk to Fulham Broadway (District Line) and 15 minutes to West Brompton for Overground/Southern Railway!

You'll be signing a rolling contract with 2 months' notice on both sides. Deposit is £1,375. The current lease ends in November 2025 but the landlord is happy to extend (I have a great relationship with her and she's very responsive).
