Cost: The room is £1,170 pcm (including bills) paid on the 4th of every month including all amenities and bills (excluding wifi).
Length of tenancy: The tenancy is a sixth month minimum contract, however is available for the foreseeable future and so signing on past that is more than possible.

Property as a whole: The flat hosts a large comfortable living space, gas cookers in the kitchen area and a large communal balcony that gets all day sun.

Location: The flat is situated equidistant between both Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green stations' (District Line) and is approximately an 8 minute walk from both. The flat is on a quiet residential street with a small local Nisa at the end of the street with a large Waitrose 5 minutes on foot.

Current tenants: 2 male working professionals (26 & 28) both employed in the music industry, but this is by no means a requirement for the room.
