Looking for a friendly, clean, and considerate person to share a beautifully laid-out and newly painted large three-storey house on a peaceful street in Fulham, just a few minutes from Parsons Green and the beautiful Bishops Park on the River Thames.

• Bright, good-sized furnished double bedroom with two large wardrobes (only one side photographed here - there’s another side of the room with more wardrobes! Lots of storage)

• Your OWN private bathroom

• Smart TV included in the room

• Large kitchen and living area

• Garden space

• Grown-up, peaceful energy — high ceilings, fresh paint, quiet evenings, occasional visits from Poppy the cockapoo dog.

This is a lovely house with lots of room. My room is in the loft conversion, so you have plenty of space. I have my own business. I’m friendly, clean, calm, organised, really into health and fitness and nature, and love keeping the space peaceful and positive. 

The area:
Just a few moments walk from fulham road and Parsons Green with lots of independent boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. Lots of supermarkets (Waitrose x2 , Tesco x2, Sainsbury’s and Co-op)

You’d be a great fit if you are:
