Lovely double room in 2 bed flat - Fulham

I’m looking for someone to take one of the rooms in the lovely two-bed flat I’m currently renting in Fulham. My current flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so I’m on the hunt for someone to move in and share the space.

The flat is modern and well-kept, with newly fitted storage heaters. The estate agents are super responsive and quick to sort anything that comes up (repairs have always been handled within a day or two). It’s a two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat with a cute little shared patio in the front. The neighbours are lovely and there’s a real sense of community, people are always happy to take in parcels or stop for a friendly chat.

I’ve grown up in Fulham, so I know the area really well, it’s safe, full of great cafes, restaurants and green spaces. A genuinely nice place to live.

A bit about me:
I’m 25 and work in tech PR. I’m in the office Monday to Thursday and work from home on Fridays. I enjoy going to gym, pilates, running, trying new places to eat and the occasional night out at the pub. I’m sociable and always happy to hang out, but also understand sometimes people need space and time to recharge.

Looking for someone who’s friendly, tidy and relaxed. Would prefer a female but would be willing to consider a guy.
