Hiya! We’re looking for a wonderful person to join our light-filled social flat with 2 gals and 1 guy in the heart of Fulham! 🏡

We’re looking for a social flatmate who has similar interests and lifestyle to us – pubs, quizzes, long walks, Sunday roasts, and the occasional night out for a boogie! We’d love someone who sees the place as a home and is keen to be both a friend and a flatmate 🫶🏼

🏠 Cosy lounge, kitchen, and huge patio area with a barbecue for summer months.
🚊 5 min walk to Fulham Broadway and a 10 min walk to Imperial Wharf if you need overground.
🏬 24/7 Tesco Express opposite and close to Sainsbury’s and Aldi in Fulham Broadway

The room is fully furnished and has both a good sized wardrobe and storage!

It’s a big double room. You’ll be sharing the bathroom (shower/bath) with Claudia, Tara & AJ share the ensuite room. We also have a spare room for friends to stay.

There is a shared living room and a huge roof terrace that has been amazing in the summer (great for bbqs)! Kitchen is fully stocked with a large fridge/freezer, toaster, and kettle etc.

Claudia - 27, from Northern Ireland, has lived in London for over 3.5 years. Works in finance and is a massive Chelsea FC fan!

Tara - 27, from Australia, has lived in London for over 2 years. Loves to travel, going to gigs, being active, exploring new places, and having a wine with the gals!

AJ - 28, from New Zealand. Loves to travel, hike, cooking, and a games night! He works for BA and loves a yap.

💵 Bills: 70-90 a month (not included)
📆 Ideal move in date: first week of August but can be earlier
