The flat is located on the first floor above a Thai Spa with a Tesco Express about a minute walk away, with Parsons Green tube station a 10 minute walk away!
The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, with a patio too.
The current flatmate is a mid 20s professional from Wales. Her brother is the other tenant who is sadly moving out of London back home.
I am based in Australia for a job and won't be moving back anytime soon so would ideally be looking for someone who would want to stay for 1 year. All potential tenants will need to have a meeting with the current flatmate to ensure a good fit.
