Spare room in a one bed flat Fulham

I’m looking for a short-term flat mate for my small (650sq ft) flat on Fulham Palace Road. You will be living in the main bedroom. It comes with a king size bed and small wardrobe. The flat had recently been renovated to a high standard and includes a large kitchen, bathroom and garden with a BBQ and large outdoor sofa. I really love this flat and I hope you will too! The pictures are a little outdated and I have since installed a new floor in the bedroom and kitchen

I think I am a very easy going person to live with. I’m a social guy and would love to have somebody I could get on well with. I enjoy playing sports and going out to eat.

I am happy to offer a reduced deposit and very flexible terms where you can pay by the week. At the moment I am only looking for a term of two months, but it is quite likely I will be willing to extend. Currently only looking for somebody for Monday-Friday (Sunday night to Thursday night) but may have flexibility particularly on an ad hoc basis. Able to accommodate somebody from the 1st September. Please note there is not a sharing living room (as it is converted to a second bedroom). All bills included - nothing is extra! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
