Big double available in Munster Village Fulham. The room consists of the entire top floor of the property, with it's own toilet and shower.
The flat is spread out across two floors, with the first floor having my room (also an ensuite) in a separate wing, and then an open-plan kitchen and living room. The top floor is the room available, with lots of closet/storage space, two south-facing windows, an ensuite complete with a standing shower.
The area is lovely, a nice escape from the hustle and bustle but also 6 minute bus ride from Hammersmith, and Fulham Broadway. Walkable distance from Baron's Court and Parsons Green.
Looking for a responsible, friendly and fun flatmate! We like to keep it tidy - weekly cleaning schedule, dishes put away every night etc. This is a joint renting contract, which means we are renting together - so looking for someone that will stay long-term (at least a year).
About me (your future flatmate):
I work in Marketing in the Music Industry, and love anything creative! I'm half-Swedish, half-Brazilian, more of a homebody but for sure love a fun night out too. I work from home 3 days a week.
BILLS PER PERSON (not included):
Council Tax: Band D (usually 73 GBP a month)
Wifi: Community Fibre (11 GBP a month)
Thames Water: 22 GBP
Gas and Electric: 20-90 GBP (varies depending on season)
Deposit: 1150 GBP (total 2200 including both deposits)
