Looking for someone, takeover my tenancy from now to 15th June 2026.

Amazing location, 30 second walk to Fulham Broadway tube with district line, within a couple 100m radius by is Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, pure gym, David lloyd gym, boots, Starbucks, Pret, and soon to be M&S opening in autumn, all within a super super short walk.

Contents of flat:
Bathroom: bath and rainfall shower, storage inside light up cabinet, shelf within room, heated towel rails.

Bedroom: double bed, two bed side tables with drawers, and lamps, dressing table, built in wardrobe and shelves, under bed storage.

Kitchen/living room: TV, comes with all furniture sofa and chairs coffee table, dishwasher, two in one washing machine, large fridge and freezer, sitting table and chairs (could be used for WFH), induction hob, built in microwave.
