2 double rooms available in Large house in Fulham

Hello,

We have 2 double rooms available at the end of September as two of them are off to move in with their friends from back home :(

The Rooms:

Both are fully furnished double rooms that are a great size

Room 1 available on 28th August
Room 2 available on 28th August

The House:

3 story Terrace house in the heart of Fulham.

Large open plan kitchen with 5 burner hob, large fridge/freezer. A great area for hosting or just chilling.

Large lounge with TV and firestick with access to Netflix, Prime, paramount+, Apple TV and Disney+

Garden area perfect for the hotter days for bbq’s and just chilling

Basement area with washing machines, tumble dryer and extra space for storage (the house in general has great storage)

The People:

Currently four boys staying.

Ideally looking for two girls to replace the ones moving out as we have always had a mixed house (but there is no real preference!)

We are a social house that like to chat after work in the kitchen / lounge during the week, go to the pub / out to dinner or watch crap tv / sports (bonus points if you like pub quizzes)

We all enjoy a drink / night out on the weekends / an activity ie: padel. Or even just stick something on the tv.

Looking for nice, clean, social, professionals people are looking for a place that fits the above vibe

The Area:

Great location with everything you need!!

- Lidl, Waitrose, little Tesco, Sainsbury’s, fresh fruit and veg shops are all a stones throw away! (Aldi and M&S both opening soon) 🥒

- Virgin Active, Pure Gym, The Gym Group, F45, Pilates, Nuffield are all within an 8 min walk 🚶🏻‍♂️

- great parks / outdoor areas towards Parsons Green and further on to Putney

- Loads or great pubs and restaurants all very close by too

Transport Links:

Great transport links 🚃

- 8 minute walk to fullham broadway which will get you to anywhere in the city / to Earls Court for the Piccadilly line.

Or it’s a 15 minute walk to Earl’s Court if you fancy walking it

Bills:

- both rooms are £950 per month with water, council tax and tv licence included

- gas and electric roughly works out to ~£35/40 per person

- WiFi £26 (roughly £4 each)

- we have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks to clean all common areas (£10 each per visit)
