Double Room in 4-bed central Fulham house

Double room with built in wardrobe available to rent in a 4-bed/3-bath central Fulham house. Available end of September.

Our current housemate is moving out and we're looking for someone to join us for the next year!

You'd be sharing the house with three other 27 year old, male professionals, all work in the city etc.. We all like to spend time together cooking, weekly tennis sessions (not at a very high standard!) and watching films or sport. There are two cars at the house so weekly shopping trips to a big supermarket are usually part of the routine. All clean and tidy although we do get a cleaner in every now and again. We've lived with both guys and girls so have no preference on who joins us.

Just a 10-15 minute walk from Parsons Green, Fulham Broadway and Barons Court stations, with access to the District or Picadilly line. Or a 10 minute bus away from Hammersmith for access to Piccadilly, Circle and Hammersmith & City line.

The house is in good condition with a lot of living space, a modern kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, large SMEG fridge, separate freezer, and air fryer), large living room with great seating and doors opening onto a patio at the back of the house (with barbecue and pizza oven). There are 3 bathrooms in the house, 2 full bathrooms and 1 lavatory. There is a separate washing machine and dryer located in a utility cupboard in the main bathroom. You would share the main bathroom on the middle floor with 1 other person.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with lots of great cafes and restaurants. The short walk to both Bishops Park and Parsons Green provides great open, leafy areas. There is both a Tesco and Co-op at the end of the road so very handy for shopping
