Great House in Fulham

This is a great house located very close to Putney Bridge and Parsons Green.
It’s a terrace house with a lovely garden.
The room is huge and light, has space for additional furniture such as a couch and desk. Bathroom is shared with 2 others but there is also an extra toilet available downstairs. There is a large kitchen and communal area with dining table and sofa TV.
We are 3 friends living together. I work as Cabin Crew so am often not here. Carmen works in hospitality and Mert has his own company.
We are looking for someone to join our family and enjoy the home with us.
Bills are not included council tax is band G.
The bills range from £80 each in summer up to about £150 during winter this includes a cleaner for the comunal areas. Broadband, gas and electric, tv licence and water also make up the bills.
We are looking for someone who is relaxed and fun but also respectful and tidy.
