Hello! We are looking for one housemate to move into our lovely and bright 2-bedroom flat in Fulham!
About us: I am Olivia (26) and work as a Nurse (Mon-Fri day hours only). My partner Josh (26) is a Phd student working in biology research. We are both Australian and have been living in London for a year now. We are both super friendly and easy going!
About the flat: Its a super cute 2 bedroom flat on a very quiet side street in Fulham. About 15 min walk to both Fulham Broadway and Parsons green tube stations on the district line and there are many bus routes within a 5 min walk from us. There is a separate living room, kitchen and shared bathroom between the three of us.
The room is fully furnished, except for the TV and bedside table pictured.
Who we are looking for: Ideally a full time professional that mostly works away from home. Someone that is easy going, clean, house proud and friendly. This is a long term rental so someone that can stay for 6-12 months. Please note: the room isn't suitable for couples.
Rent is £1100/month (with bills coming to about £100/month on top of that each)
