Having enjoyed this room for two years, I'm looking for someone to take over the rent as I move back home. It's a lovely, spacious en-suite double room in a quiet residential part of Fulham, just a short walk from transport links, shops and green spaces. You’ll be sharing the flat with one other flatmate – an easygoing Italian professional – so it’s a relaxed and comfortable home.

The house is somewhat between Fulham Broadway station and Parsons Green - but the latter is slightly closer, around a 7-min walk.

The room is fully furnished, I only bought the table for wfh - it's in immaculate condition and I'll gladly sell it to you if you'd like to keep it.

Bills approx. £95–£140/month depending on season

Plenty of buses into Central London or heading West.

The closest supermarkets are Tesco Express, Sainsbury's, and Waitrose. Plenty of gyms to choose from too.

The Bishops Park & Thames Path are only a 10–15 min walk away – perfect for a stroll or run.
