Sociable Fulham Flat - Double Room

We’re a group of flatmates in our early twenties, and one of our flatmates is moving out. We’re looking for someone new to join our home in Fulham from 14th September (a bit flexible if needed).

The flat & room:

Double bedroom (comes with a bed – if that counts as furnished haha)

Spacious kitchen/living room

Location: ~15 mins walk to Parsons Green, a bit longer to Barons Court

Rent: £725 per month

Bills & WiFi: around £50 per month

Council tax band C

About us:
We’re a sociable bunch in our early twenties, doing a mix of work and study. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen chatting, cooking, or doing fun stuff together, so we’d love someone who enjoys that sort of thing and doesn’t mind a bit of noise every so often.
