Room available - looking for a flatmate!

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate as my lovely flatmate is leaving! Room is available from mid/end of October, rent is £1000 per month excluding bills. Flat is close to Putney Bridge station, in a really lovely area. 10 min from the river, close to the Fulham Palace Gardens, lots of coffee shops, charity shops and near the high street:)

It is a tiny flat but you’d be only sharing with me.

I’m a 28 year old girl and I’m looking for someone around my age. Cleanliness and good communication are very important to me. Girls only and no short-term rent please!

About me:
- Work for a charity (hybrid, so often WFH)
- Into creative stuff, sitcoms & stupid shit
- Play violin & make music (not the quietest flatmate!)
- INFP, if that means anything
- Friendly, sociable, but also respect personal space

Council tax is £64 per month per person. ( Band A, I think)
