Room available in 3 bed house share in the desirable location of Fulham.

You enter the property on the ground floor which is where the bedrooms and small bathroom are located. The kitchen/living area, second bathroom and patio are on the sub ground level of the property.

It is located right outside a bus stop with good links to Hammersmith, Fulham Broadway & West Brompton tube stations.

You would be sharing with 31year old Jake & 29yr old Sophia.

The ideal roommate would be >25yr old and would enjoy an occasional song and dance in the kitchen but cannot be a party animal. Jake and Sophia both work full time and value their sleep too much.

Sophia works a 50hr week and is out of the house Monday-Friday from approx 7am-7pm.

Jake works 40hrs a week in retail with changing shift patterns and days of work.

Bills are on average £110 a month but this varies. Council band D.

A parking permit is not available due to local restrictions.
